Demonstration of Facilitation Styles

Curious about deliberative facilitation? Professor and DCI Fellow Steve Kaliski from the Davidson College Theatre Department put together a video demonstration of different facilitation styles practiced in the DCI, along with some helpful tips for anyone tasked with leading challenges group conversations. While by no means comprehensive, the demo will give you a taste of the facilitation methods trained DCI facilitators use to guide conversations in productive directions.
